$120 Service Call Free
Includes one trip charge and up to the first 30 minutes.

$120/hour per technician

If it is a two person job, or you need something addressed in half the time, you will pay $240 an hour.
*Note Helper rate is $70/hour.

If a single technician arrives and solves your needs in under 30 minutes the total cost would be $120.00.

If a single technician arrives and solves your needs in under 1 hour and 30 minutes, the total cost would be $240.00.

If a single technician arrives and solves your needs in under 2 hours and 30 minutes, the total cost would be $360.00.

More examples:

​If a single technician arrives and solves your needs in 5 minutes. Total Cost: $120.

If a single technician arrives and solves your needs in 55 minutes. Total Cost: $180.

If a single technician arrives and solves your needs in 1 hour and 25 minutes. Total Cost: $240.

If a single technician arrives and solves your needs in 1 hour and 35 minutes. Total Cost: $300.

If two technician come in an effort to fix your issue before dinner time. Effective rate $240 an hour.

If one technician, plus one helper come as required for a task such as pulling a decent amount of wire. 
Effective rate $180 an hour.

We are intentionally informing clients of these rates to be transparent and to help customers understand how we bill for these services.  We are reasonable and one more minute will not result in being billed another hourly rate.
